COOKING INSTRUCTIONS:

• Soak in a bowl of room temperature water for minimum 1-2 hour.
• Aftersoaking, discard the water and rinse the nest gently under running water to cleanse it.
• Transfer the nest to a pot, adding your preferred ingredients—commonly rock sugar, cordyceps/ginseng, and water.
• Cook for 30-45 minutes.
• Once cooked, it is ready to be served warm or cold.
• Leftovers can be stored in the refrigerator.

CONSUMPTION:
It is recommended to consume bird nests on an empty stomach for optimal benefits, and they can be taken at any time of the day. The advised serving size is typically 3 to 5 spoonfuls per day.
