Baby Bird’s Nest is made from fragmented nests, refined and molded into a small, rounded shape. It offers the same rich nutritional value as the Royale Bird's Nest grade.
COOKING INSTRUCTIONS:
Soak in a bowl of room temperature water for minimum 15 - 30 minutes.
After soaking, discard the water and rinse the nest gently under running water to cleanse it.
Transfer the nest to a pot, adding your preferred ingredients—commonly rock sugar, cordyceps/ginseng, and water.
Cook for 30-45 minutes.
Once cooked, it is ready to be served warm or cold.
Leftovers can be stored in the refrigerator.
CONSUMPTION: It is recommended to consume bird nests on an empty stomach for optimal benefits, and they can be taken at any time of the day. The advised serving size is typically 3 to 5 spoonfuls per day.
